I Want To Be A Patissier

I've watched my mom bake cakes and breads when I was a kid. I even help in mashing overripe bananas for her banana bread or help mixing cocoa, sugar and water for her brownies. Then I remember the sweet aroma that fills the kitchen when the goodies were taken out of the
oven and the taste of every morsel that releases confection in my digestive tract.

I started liking pastries and sweets since I was a kid (who didn’t?). I adore anything with sugar in it. My mom used to shout at me when I put too much sugar in my cup of coffee. But I understand her point since our family has history of diabetes.

But that won’t stop me from tasting those sweets and my mom won’t have to worry since I know how to moderate. I would also be featuring all the confections I’ll encounter here in my blog. Hope you’ll enjoy!
